MOONS' 2nd Generation MDX+ integrated servo motor features a compact design that simplifies installation. Its all-in-one construction combines the driver, servo motor and encoder, along with a built-in brake, effectively reducing wiring complexity. The motor incorporates a maintenance-free, battery-free multi-turn absolute encoder, while its auxiliary power supply design ensures stable operation of both the control and brake circuits. Supporting multiple fieldbus protocols and daisy-chain connections, the MDX+ enhances installation efficiency. With an IP65 protection rating, it is built to withstand harsh environments. Safety is prioritized with STO SIL3/PLe functional safety and a dynamic brake feature. The motor delivers a power range of 100-750W, and is compatible with various reducer specifications, making it adaptable to diverse temperature conditions. This motor is ideal for applications in medical devices, filling, and labeling equipment, AMR/AGVs, gate systems, and more.
