Stepper Motors 

MOONS' stepper motion control products are among the best in the industry. Our stepper motors product line includes Hybrid Stepper Motors, Permanent Magnet Stepper Motors, and Closed Loop Stepper Motors (Step-Servo motors). MOONS' stepper motors products range from the smallest φ8mm series with 0.06 ounce-inches of holding torque, to the largest NEMA42 series, with up to 4500 ounce-inches of holding torque. Our customers can choose from a variety of stepper motor sizes, phases, and step angles. Additionally, we can modify the motor's lead wires and connectors for proper fit and alignment, as well as modify the motor shafts with gears or pulleys. Additionally, we can also add value-added components such as gearboxes, encoders, dampers, or even custom electronics to the motor.

    RS Series Step-Servo Motors
    RS series Step-Servo motors are specifically designed to be paired with RS series Step-Servo drives to create motor and drive combinations that outperform traditional step motor systems. Each Step-Servo motor is a premium, two-phase, hybrid step motor built with an integral high resolution feedback device. The performance gains achieved when using a Step-Servo motor in combination with one of our Step-Servo drives include high peak torque ranges for faster acceleration and greater machine throughput, as well as quieter operation and less power consumption

    AM Series Standard Hybrid Stepper Motors
    The AM series stepper motors are recommended for use with MOONS' stepper drivers, including two-phase and three-phase hybrid models. There are three step angles available: 1.8°, 1.2°, and 0.9°. High-torque hybrid stepper motors and AC hybrid stepper motors are available.
