CSE18HC Encapsulated Series
NEMA18 (Φ45mm), 3 Phase - 1.2 degree encapsulated motor
MOONS' has introduced CSE18HC Encapsulated Series, expanding the product lineup of the 3 phase series. Through advanced electromagnetic and structural design, CSE18HC motors have the remarkable features of small volume, light weight, large torque, high power density and low temperature rise.

· Miniaturized Design
Compared with competitor's (NEMA, 3-phase, 1.2° step angle) motor, when the motor length is equal and the motor holding torque is slightly higher, the frame size of CSE18HC series motor has been reduced from □60mm to Φ45mm, the weight of the CSE18HC motor has been reduced by 20%, which achieve light weight of the product. The size of the motor is miniaturized.

· High Torque

· High Power Density
The length and holding torque of the CSE18HC and Competitor are basically the same, but the frame size is reduced to Φ45mm, the weight is reduced by 20%, and the motor power density (motor unit volume or unit weight output torque) is greatly improved.

· Low Temperature
With the same torque, the resistance of the CSE18HC decrease 12% compared to the conventional aluminum end cap motor. With MOONS' encapsulation technology, the thermal resistance winding to air of the CSE18HC is reduced, the heat of the motor winding is more easily transmitted, the temperature rise of the winding is reduced, and the reliability of the motor is improved.
