Motion Control

Stepper Motors
	Hybrid Stepper Motors MOONS' provides excellent performance in areas of torque, speed, and step resolution. A hybrid stepper motor typically has a step angle between 200 and 400 steps per revolution. A variety of unipolar and bipolar hybrid stepper motors are available from MOONS', including standard hybrid stepper motors, PowerPlus hybrid stepper motors, high-precision hybrid stepper motors, and smooth hybrid stepper motors.

Slotless & Coreless Motors
	Slotless Brushless DC Motors Slotless brushless DC motors provide high torque and power density in a small package. In the absence of cogging, the operational lifetime can reach 20,000 hours. In addition, the encoder can be used for accurate positioning applications. To meet the needs of a wider range of applications, we also offer products in the 16mm and 22mm series.
	Coreless Brushed DC Motors Coreless Brushed DC Motors has excellent performance and motor control is simpler. We provide three types of coreless brushed DC motors with diameters of 13mm, 17mm, and 24mm an option. With a gearbox, you can get high torque, and the encoder can be used for precise positioning.

Motion Controller
	Intelligent Controller MOONS' Intelligent Controller is a top-tier controller designed for advanced machinery manufacturing automation. Built on a real-time Linux OS and customized CODESYS® Runtime, it supports multi-axis servo control via EtherCAT. Servo Drives and Motors
	Servo Drives MOONS' servo drives support various control options, including pulse & direction, analog torque/velocity, and streaming serial commands. They are easy to set up with a user-friendly interface and auto-tuning. They also support multiple fieldbuses like EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP, and Profinet. With Safe Torque Off (STO), they ensure safety by preventing unintended motion.
	Servo Motors MOONS' SM Series Servo Motor includes AC Servo Motors (50W to 7500W) and DC Servo Motors (50W to 750W). The series now features standard windings, more feedback options, and extra connection choices. Updated model numbers, and all motors are CE, RoHS, and UL recognized.

Step-Servo Drives and Motors (Closed Loop)
	Step-Servo Drives MOONS' Step-Servo Drives (Closed Loop Stepper Drives) combine servo control technology with stepper systems, achieving closed-loop control. They support various control modes and industrial fieldbuses, with programmable options available.
	Step-Servo Motors MOONS' Step-Servo motors, paired with Step-Servo drives, outperform traditional step motor systems. These premium, two-phase hybrid step motors feature high-resolution feedback devices. Together, they offer high peak torque, faster acceleration, increased machine throughput, quieter operation, and lower power consumption.

Stepper Drives and Motors
	Stepper Drives (Open-Loop) MOONS' stepper drives effectively reduce the noise and resonance of stepper motors during their middle and low speed ranges in order to achieve better smoothness, low vibration, low noise, and long life performance. MOONS' stepper drives support a variety of control modes and industrial fieldbus systems. Programmable models are available.
	AM Series Stepper Motor (For Factory Automation) MOONS' recommended stepper motors for use with its stepper drives. They are the best choice for an open-loop stepper system. Please refer to the user manual of MOONS' stepper drives to determine which stepper motor you require.
	AW Series Stepper Motors (IP65 Protection Type) MOONS' has newly launched the AW Series industrial protective stepper motors to meet the demands of increasingly complex and harsh environment applications. The AW Series motor features a spray-coated housing that provides excellent waterproof performance and a sturdy, wear-resistant structure. The motor is designed with a compact structure and uses standard aviation connectors for more reliable connections.

Integrated Motors
	Integrated Servo Motors MOONS' Integrated Servo Motors feature high torque-density, low rotor-inertia, and all-digital servo drive technology. This all-in-one system integrates the servo motor, drive, and controller. Power, I/O, and communications connect directly to the motor through its connectors.
	Integrated Step-Servo Motors (Closed Loop) MOONS reduced space by over 40% and cabling by over 50% by combining stepper servo motors, drivers, motion controllers, and high-resolution encoders into one unit. These integrated stepper servo motors support various industrial fieldbuses and control methods, offering high-stability, closed-loop operation.
	Integrated Stepper Motor As a result of MOONS' compacting the stepper motor, drive, motion controller, and encoder (some models) into one unit, the space required to operate is reduced by more than 40%, and the wiring requirements are reduced by more than 50%.

Omnipotent Intelligent Drives
	Omnipotent Intelligent Drives Utilizing "ONE for ALL" and "ALL in ONE" technology, we offer cost-effective, compact, modular solutions for controlling the position, speed, and torque of rotary or linear brushless, DC brush, and step motors. It is possible to divide the motion application between the iPOS drives and the EtherCAT or CANopen master. Lighting Control

	Gateways Gateways are devices that connect node controllers and servers. It usually receives commands from the server and manages all lamps in the field. In the event that the server fails, the gateway can continue to operate independently. As before, all lamps will continue to operate.
